Garage Beer has quickly become one of the fastest growing beer brands in America, and it is doing so by throwing out the traditional marketing playbook. Since its relaunch in 2023, the brand has gone all in on creativity, humor, and cultural relevance. With sales skyrocketing more than 460 percent in just a year, Garage Beer has transformed from a small operation into a challenger brand that refuses to play it safe.

A big part of this rise is thanks to NFL legends Jason and Travis Kelce, who are not just investors but active faces of the brand. Jason Kelce, fresh off his retirement from football, has taken a starring role in campaigns like Brewmite, a tongue in cheek tribute to the martial arts movies of the 80s and 90s. The first installment was such a hit that Garage Beer doubled down with Brewmite II, this time adding Travis Kelce and UFC icon Chuck Liddell into the mix.

The content goes far beyond a standard commercial. There are throwback VHS tapes, limited edition merchandise, and even a premiere style launch party. It feels less like a beer ad and more like a cultural event, proving that Garage Beer is committed to blending real life experiences with online storytelling.

Chief Creative Officer Corey Smale explains that the magic lies in being genuinely part of the culture they market to. Whether it is martial arts parodies, pro wrestling nostalgia, or even quirky stunts like beer filled waterbeds, Garage Beer makes it clear they are fans first and marketers second. This authenticity allows the brand to connect deeply with audiences who recognize their own passions reflected back.

Smale himself has a history of embedding beer brands in unexpected cultural spaces, having previously worked on pro wrestling projects with Pabst Blue Ribbon. That same strategy is now helping Garage Beer carve out its own identity. By leaning into micro niche interests, the brand is not only standing out in a crowded market but also earning credibility with communities that value authenticity above all else.

Garage Beer’s story shows that success does not always come from playing it safe. Sometimes it is about embracing chaos, being bold enough to parody kung fu flicks, and daring to put your brand voice into places where competitors would never step. For Garage Beer, that fearless energy is turning into record breaking growth and a reputation as the most disruptive beer brand in the country.
