Starbucks Varanasi has rolled out an apprenticeship program that's all about giving ambitious folks a shot at growth, both personally and professionally. It's a golden opportunity, detailed on Starbucks' website, for those looking to step into the world of hospitality and service. 

Who Can Apply?

  • High school students in 11th grade, or those who've passed 10th grade;
  • Must be at least 16 years old;
  • You need to have an Aadhar card.

What's the Deal?

  • A 12-month paid apprenticeship that's all about learning by doing;
  • You'll be working 9-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with an hour break to catch your breath; 
  • There are online check-ins at the 3 and 11-month marks.
