Excellent Publicity has unveiled a new artificial intelligence driven tool that aims to simplify how brands plan and run campaigns. The ExcellentPublicity.ai AI advertising platform is positioned as an integrated workspace for strategy, content creation, media planning, budgeting and reporting.
The platform allows users to build brand kits, campaign calendars, creative assets, research reports and budget plans within a single interface. From there, they can execute campaigns across offline and digital media, reducing the need to juggle multiple systems or vendors.
ExcellentPublicity.ai draws on more than 14 years of campaign data and over three lakh executions handled by the company. That history feeds a cost intelligence layer that can compare prices, flag overspending and estimate potential return on investment, giving marketers greater visibility into how budgets are being used.
Co founder Vaishal Dalal said the goal is to build a system where a brand based in one market can seamlessly run a campaign in another without geographical barriers or heavy dependencies. He argued that advertising should not be a privilege limited by high retainers or complex structures, and that smaller businesses should not need large teams or advanced degrees to plan effective campaigns.
The product operates on a credit based model, with packs ranging from 10 dollars to 100 dollars and complimentary credits available for new users. The company expects this structure to appeal to freelancers, small and medium businesses and larger organisations that want to test campaign planning tools before scaling usage.

Beyond the software itself, the launch connects to Excellent Publicity’s broader shift from on ground advertising roots into a data led advertising technology business. The firm, which reports revenue of more than Rs 102 crore for the financial year 2024 to 2025, is targeting Rs 200 crore within two years, with a significant share of that growth expected from its expanding software as a service offering.
The company is also planning to deepen its presence in tier two, three and four cities, predicting that a large portion of new users between 2026 and 2028 will come from these markets. The team believes that simplified tools and flexible pricing can help regional businesses access structured advertising without extensive in house expertise.
Excellent Publicity remains bootstrapped and profitable but is open to strategic investment to support international expansion. By combining its existing media knowledge with a modular software layer, the firm is aiming to serve brands that want control and transparency without building their own planning stack.
For the wider market, the launch reflects rising demand for platforms that bring planning, buying and analytics into a single environment. If ExcellentPublicity.ai can deliver on its promise of cost visibility and cross channel execution, it could offer a viable option for businesses that feel locked out of traditional agency models or overwhelmed by fragmented tools.
