Relaxo Footwears has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Manju Kohli as Chief Human Resources Officer, underlining its focus on organisational transformation and capability development as it prepares for its next growth chapter.
Kohli brings more than twenty years of experience across global companies and high growth businesses and is recognised for leading large scale HR transformations, cultural integration and strategic workforce development. Her work spans sectors including technology, media, education, agriculture, manufacturing and consumer goods, giving her a broad view of evolving talent needs.
She has led major restructuring and post merger integration programmes, aligning culture and operating models with business and investor expectations. She is credited with implementing digital first HR models, building high performance talent systems and designing lean structures that enhance productivity and growth outcomes.
Before joining Relaxo she served as Senior Vice President People and Culture at Terviva from May twenty twenty four to August twenty twenty five. Earlier she was CHRO at UWC Southeast Asia from twenty seventeen to twenty twenty three. Her previous roles include Vice President HR at Pearson, Chief People Officer at HR Media and leadership positions with Carlsberg Group, Oracle Financial Services Software, Actis and ITC Limited.
Her appointment signals Relaxo intent to invest in culture, leadership and talent as core levers of business performance in a competitive consumer market.
