"Indian Customer is Demanding"

In an interview with a local daily, the CEO was quoted saying that Indian customers don't want to shell out money and called them 'demanding'. He also said that India is a state of mind. He called India's allied tech services such as UPI, ONDC and AADHAAR, "unique", and something that he has encountered for the first time. While he said, the future seems 'promising', it is yet to be seen how UBER's new strategy unfolds.
