Aura World has added to its senior leadership team with an appointment aimed at sharpening its sales engine and strengthening systems across the business. The Aura World Head of Sales role has been given to Gaurav Jain, who will oversee sales strategy alongside marketing, customer relationship management, cash flow planning and profit and loss oversight.
In his new position, Jain will work closely with the leadership team and design partners responsible for shaping Aura’s architecture, amenities and wellness led philosophy. His brief is to bring more rigorous forecasting, stronger customer systems and AI enabled processes to the organisation’s commercial functions.
Aura World sees the appointment as a key step in its broader transformation. Jain’s leadership is expected to help widen market presence, drive a more performance oriented culture and improve both top line and bottom line outcomes as projects progress.
Jain joins Aura World with more than 10 years of senior leadership experience from M3M, where he handled responsibilities across sales, CRM and leasing. Over the past few years, he has been associated with transactions that exceed Rs 5,000 crore in sales and more than 1 million square feet of leasing across hospitality, food and beverage, fashion retail and commercial assets.

Known internally and in the market for his disciplined and structured approach, he has led large teams through varying market cycles. Colleagues describe his leadership style as a blend of clear direction, strong market awareness and sensitivity to customer needs.
Outside work, Jain is an endurance athlete and an IRONMAN finisher, a detail the company highlights as an example of the persistence and focus he brings to long term goals.
Within Aura World, he will be responsible for building sales processes that align with the company’s emphasis on curated, wellness driven living. This includes refining funnels, strengthening feedback loops between sales and design and embedding data and AI where it can support better decision making.
Chairperson Dr Arup Roy Choudhury said Jain brings a deep understanding of the National Capital Region market and a proven record of disciplined execution. He added that this experience will be valuable as Aura World prepares to deliver a project that aims to blend design, wellbeing and long term value for residents.
