The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) has officially announced Anant Goenka as its new President for 2025–26. The announcement was made during the National Executive Committee Meeting in Srinagar, where Goenka was confirmed to succeed Harsha Vardhan Agarwal at the conclusion of FICCI’s 98th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for November 28–29, 2025, in New Delhi.

Anant Goenka currently serves as Vice Chairman of the RPG Group, a USD 5 billion conglomerate with business interests spanning tyres, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, IT, and specialty sectors. Known for his forward-thinking leadership and sharp business acumen, Goenka has been instrumental in modernizing traditional business models and fostering innovation-driven growth across multiple industries.
Prior to his current role, he served as Managing Director and CEO of CEAT from 2012 to 2023, where he transformed the brand into a global benchmark for quality and sustainability. Under his leadership, CEAT’s market capitalization grew more than 25 times, earning global recognition including the prestigious Deming Grand Prize in 2023—the first tyre company in the world to achieve the honor. CEAT also received Lighthouse recognition from the World Economic Forum for its excellence in manufacturing transformation.
