LOTTE India Corporation has announced the appointment of Debabrata Mukherjee as the Managing Director of its Ice Cream Division, Havmor Ice Cream. With over three decades of experience, Mukherjee brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise across multinational brands. Before joining LOTTE India, he served as Managing Director and CEO at Bata Shoe Company in Bangladesh, where he also held the position of Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors.

Mukherjee’s professional journey spans across some of the world’s most recognized companies. He spent two decades at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led strategic initiatives across India, South Korea, and South-West Asia, focusing on business transformation and revenue growth.

He also held leadership roles at Hindustan Times, where he guided business and strategy operations, and later at United Breweries Group, where he drove a consumer-centric approach to portfolio expansion. At Emami Agrotech, he served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, overseeing the edible oils division and managing full P&L responsibility for the Foods business.
