Fusion Cosmeceutics specializes in skincare products, while Just4Kids offers multilingual content services. The merger was approved by the board on April 19, 2024.

 

Financial Impact

As of the end of 2023, Fusion Cosmeceutics and Just4Kids generated revenues of Rs 76.61 crore and Rs 4.05 crore, respectively. This merger is expected to enhance financial efficiency and shareholder value.

 

Regulatory Steps

The merger is pending approval from relevant legal and regulatory bodies, including the National Company Law Tribunal in New Delhi and Chandigarh.
