The initial rollout of Zepto Pass has been met with promising results, with the platform successfully piloting the service with 5% of its user base.
According to Zepto's internal data, users who subscribed to Zepto Pass experienced a significant uptick in their spending on the app, with an impressive increase of over 30%. Additionally, there was a notable 10% rise in monthly retention rates among subscribers.
