Bose India is making big moves in its digital journey, and at the center of this transformation is Garima Kaushik. The experienced digital marketer has officially joined Bose India to lead its Media and D2C mandate, a role that will see her oversee performance marketing, digital strategy, and the brand’s direct-to-consumer ecosystem.
Garima made the announcement on LinkedIn, marking a new chapter in a career that has consistently been about driving growth at the intersection of performance and brand. Her new role comes at a time when legacy brands like Bose are evolving their customer experience strategies to better serve an audience that lives online.
Before joining Bose, Garima led marketing and growth at ASICS India from August 2024 to July 2025, helping the brand expand its digital footprint in the competitive sportswear segment. Prior to ASICS, she had a brief but high-impact stint at H&M India, where she worked as a Performance Media Lead and earlier as a Digital Media Specialist.
Her experience in managing campaigns at scale continued during her tenure at Royal Enfield between 2020 and 2023, where she served as Assistant Marketing Manager. She also sharpened her digital media expertise at agencies like Publicis Media and Essence, working on media activation and performance-led campaigns for global brands.

At Bose India, Garima’s appointment signals a strong push towards building a robust D2C experience and expanding digital performance capabilities. The brand is expected to focus on a content-rich, insight-led strategy to connect directly with consumers across platforms, blending Bose’s premium legacy with a modern digital approach.
With audio products becoming increasingly lifestyle-driven, brands like Bose are competing not just on sound quality but on engagement, access, and digital convenience. Garima’s multi-sector experience across fashion, automotive, and performance media brings a fresh perspective to how an iconic brand like Bose can evolve its communication and customer journeys.
Her leadership is expected to help drive campaigns that are both performance-driven and brand-consistent, ensuring that Bose stays relevant in a rapidly shifting consumer landscape. As Indian consumers move increasingly towards online-first buying behavior, the brand’s investment in building a smart, scalable D2C engine will be critical for future growth.
