Amazon Ads has announced the appointment of Neha Singh Warrier as Lead Content Monetisation for the West and South regions, strengthening its leadership in one of the most dynamic areas of the advertising business. With over twenty years of experience across digital advertising, media sales, and brand partnerships, Neha brings a wealth of expertise to her new role at Amazon Ads.
She shared the news of her appointment in a LinkedIn post, marking another milestone in a career that has seen her work with some of the most influential media and entertainment companies in India.
Before joining Amazon Ads, Neha was with SonyLIV where she held the position of Associate Vice President of Digital Ad Sales from May 2024 to June 2025. She had earlier served as Region Head for the Large Client Segment vertical from September 2021 to June 2024, a role where she drove significant partnerships and revenue growth for the streaming platform.
Her leadership journey also includes a stint at ZEE5, where she was Region Head of Digital Sales for the Large Client Segment vertical from September 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, Neha was Vice President of Content and Brand Partnerships at Mirriad, where she worked on innovative integrations and collaborations between brands and content creators from February 2018 to July 2019.

A large part of her career was shaped at Discovery Inc, where she spent more than a decade from 2007 to 2018 as Associate Director of Advertising Sales. She began her career with roles at CNBC-TV18 and Sony Entertainment Television in ad sales, as well as a special projects position with Femina and Filmfare at Bennett Coleman and Company, part of the Times Group.
Her professional journey reflects not only her deep understanding of advertising sales and partnerships but also her ability to adapt to the evolving needs of digital-first platforms.
