He began his journey there as an Ecommerce Manager in 2018 and steadily climbed the ranks to become Director and Head of Digital Commerce by 2023. His time at Crocs was marked by a strong emphasis on expanding digital channels, optimizing customer journeys, and scaling online sales without compromising brand identity.
Before Crocs, Taneja was with Royal Enfield from 2014 to 2018 where he led retail and e-commerce for the lifestyle apparel and accessories vertical. He was instrumental in steering profitability across multiple formats including exclusive brand outlets, online channels, and shop-in-shop models. His ability to blend storytelling, customer insight, and channel innovation helped Royal Enfield strengthen its position beyond motorcycles and into lifestyle branding.

His earlier stints with Adidas and Franchise India gave him a strong foundation in both sales and strategic retail expansion. At Adidas Group, he worked as an Area Sales Manager where he learned to manage high-performing teams and drive revenue across physical stores. He also had a brief entrepreneurial run with India’s Food Times LLP and began his career with Hutch, gaining experience in account management and customer relations.
