Neha Ahuja’s journey with Spotify began in 2019 when she joined as Director and Head of Marketing for India. She was part of the core founding team that successfully launched Spotify in the Indian market. Under her leadership, Spotify built a culturally relevant brand identity and scaled rapidly, becoming one of the leading music streaming platforms in India within just four years. Her work established Spotify not only as a platform for music but also as a cultural force that connected deeply with Indian listeners.

Before joining Spotify, Ahuja worked at Vodafone, where she served as Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships between 2017 and 2019. She also held the position of General Manager for Brand Communication, Digital, and Activation from 2015 to 2017. Her time at Vodafone helped shape her expertise in building consumer engagement strategies and forging strong brand partnerships in one of the most competitive sectors in India.

Her career began at Procter and Gamble, where she spent more than a decade in various marketing roles. She worked across oral care, professional and influencer marketing, and brand management. With over 20 years of experience across FMCG, telecom, and digital media, Ahuja brings a rare blend of skills to her new role at Spotify JAPAC.
