Mythik has announced the appointment of Preeti Vyas as its new President of Content Strategy, Partnerships, and Consumer Products, marking a significant step in the company’s mission to bring stories of Eastern mythology, history, and folklore to audiences around the world. In her role, Vyas will lead content strategy, forge new partnerships, and expand consumer product initiatives to strengthen Mythik’s global presence.

Vyas brings with her more than two decades of experience in publishing, entertainment, and retail, with a proven track record of transforming heritage brands and building impactful consumer connections. Most recently, she served as President and CEO of Amar Chitra Katha, where she helped reinvent one of India’s most iconic storytelling brands for modern audiences. She has also founded FunOKPlease Publishing and Kidztown India, ventures that further demonstrate her passion for creating meaningful content for young readers.

Her professional journey includes leadership positions across diverse industries with companies such as Future Group, Globus Retail, Sony Music India, Crossword Bookstores, and ToysRUs India. Beyond her corporate roles, Vyas has authored and edited multiple children’s books, establishing herself as both a creative and strategic force in the Indian publishing and content ecosystem. She has also contributed to shaping policy and industry frameworks through her affiliations with MESC, ASCI, FICCI AVGC XR Forum, and the National Council on Early Childhood Care and Education.
