Rohan Prasher has officially stepped into a larger leadership role at Coca Cola India, now serving as the Senior Director, Marketing Digital Lead. His elevation follows nearly three impactful years leading media operations for India and Southwest Asia, a tenure that solidified his position as a strategic force behind Coca Cola’s evolving digital and media strategy.

His journey with the beverage giant began in 2022, a time he describes as a personal and professional leap into the unknown. New responsibilities, new collaborators, and an entirely new city shaped his experience at Coca Cola. But the result was nothing short of transformative. In his own words, joining Coca Cola has been one of the best decisions of his life, calling it his “real magic moment.”

Rohan’s promotion arrives at a pivotal time for the brand as it continues to strengthen its digital footprint and push for deeper, more integrated consumer engagement. As Senior Director, Marketing Digital Lead, his role will now expand to include steering digital first initiatives, enhancing media efficiency, and helping the brand translate its legacy appeal into a forward looking digital experience that resonates with today’s connected consumers.

Before Coca Cola, Rohan spent over a decade building brand strategies at Asian Paints. His tenure there saw him rise through several key roles, from Corporate Brand Manager to Group Brand Manager, eventually taking over as Head of Media and PR. His work at Asian Paints was a defining chapter that showcased his ability to bridge creativity with media performance and execute integrated campaigns across channels.

He worked with BIG CBS Networks on content and research, held a sales leadership role at Reliance Broadcast Network, and honed his planning acumen at Madison Media. Each role sharpened his versatility across brand building, media planning, content strategy, and stakeholder management.

What sets Rohan apart is his adaptability. Whether it is managing legacy FMCG narratives or diving into emerging digital platforms, he has consistently brought a sharp understanding of both people and performance. With Coca Cola India accelerating its digital evolution, his promotion signals a renewed focus on leveraging data, storytelling, and customer insight to power brand growth in a fast changing landscape.

As Coca Cola continues to drive cultural relevance and business impact through digital innovation, Rohan’s expanded role will be crucial in shaping how the brand connects with a new generation of consumers.
