Honasa Consumer has announced the appointment of Yatish Bhargava as its new Chief Business Officer. In this pivotal role, Bhargava will lead the business expansion for Honasa’s growing range of beauty and personal care brands, including Mamaearth. His appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s omnichannel presence and driving innovation focused on consumer needs.

With a career spanning over 17 years, Bhargava brings an in depth understanding of modern retail, general trade, and digital commerce. He joins Honasa from Flipkart, where he played a key role in scaling business categories such as Home and Furniture. Over the years at Flipkart, he held multiple senior positions including Business Head, Senior Director for Large Appliances, and Director of Growth and Supply Planning.

Before his tenure at Flipkart, Bhargava was part of Hindustan Unilever for nearly a decade. There, he held roles across sales, customer marketing, and trade management. His experience at HUL built a strong foundation in consumer goods and brand operations, equipping him with the expertise needed to drive performance at scale.

At Honasa Consumer, Bhargava will oversee the strategic direction of various brands, guide category growth, and improve business performance across channels. His mandate includes expanding the company’s reach across digital and offline platforms and deepening consumer engagement.
