Rapido, one of India’s fastest-growing mobility platforms, has expanded its offerings to include travel bookings taking a major step toward becoming an all-in-one travel and commute app. The Bengaluru-based company now enables users to plan everything from short city rides to long-distance journeys, directly within the Rapido app.
Rapido Partners with Leading Travel Platforms
To bring this vision to life, Rapido has joined hands with some of India’s top travel booking platforms. The app’s new travel section now includes integrations with Goibibo for flights and hotels, ConfirmTkt for train reservations, and redBus for intercity bus travel. This allows users to explore, compare, and book multiple travel options without switching between different apps.
The company’s aim is to simplify how Indians plan trips, particularly targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where digital travel adoption is still growing. With this move, Rapido is positioning itself as more than just a last-mile transport service — it’s becoming a comprehensive travel companion for millions.
Making Travel More Affordable
To attract users to its new services, Rapido has rolled out a series of introductory offers. These include discounts of up to ₹4,000 on flights, 55% off on hotel bookings, 20% off on bus tickets, and zero service charges on train bookings through ConfirmTkt. The company says these offers are aimed at making travel more accessible and encouraging users to explore its expanded ecosystem.

From Ride Hailing to Full Travel Ecosystem
This expansion marks a pivotal shift in Rapido’s business model. By integrating end-to-end travel solutions, the company is bridging the gap between urban mobility and intercity travel. The move is also expected to strengthen Rapido’s competitiveness against super apps like Ola and Uber, which are increasingly diversifying their service portfolios.
The new travel section is now live for users across India, offering a unified experience for booking rides, flights, trains, buses, and hotels all in one place.
