The One Club for Creativity is widening access to its flagship global awards with an updated pricing relief scheme tied to exchange rates. India is among 39 markets included in the latest One Show 2026 Currency Value Adjustment list, which offers reduced entry fees in regions where local currencies have weakened against the dollar.
Under the revised program, entrants from India will receive a 15 percent fee adjustment applied automatically at checkout when submitting work for The One Show 2026. The organisation notes that it remains the only major global awards platform to calibrate fees based on geography and currency movements.
The currency adjustment initiative first launched in 2021 with 25 eligible countries. The list is reviewed annually using exchange rate data and economic indicators to decide which markets qualify. The current expansion signals a continued effort to reflect financial realities for agencies and brands outside core dollar and euro zones.
Explaining the logic behind the program, Rajdeepak Das, chief creative officer of Publicis Groupe South Asia and chairman of Leo South Asia, said the goal is to ensure that ideas from all regions have a fair chance to be seen. He added that extending the adjustment to more countries could encourage participation from markets that may have found entry fees prohibitive in the past.

Kevin Swanepoel, chief executive of The One Club, described the programme as a way to ease financial pressure for agencies and clients facing currency challenges. He noted that as a non profit organisation focused on supporting the creative community, the club aims to reduce cost barriers where possible.
Entries for The One Show 2026 are now open, with fees set to rise after each deadline. The early deadline is 12 December 2025, followed by regular entries closing on 23 January 2026, an extended deadline on 6 February and a final cut off on 20 February. Early judging begins in January, with finalists to be announced in May and Pencil and Merit winners revealed during Creative Week 2026 in New York.
This cycle also introduces The One Show Indies, a dedicated platform for independent agencies, design studios, production houses, creators and other small creative companies. To qualify, entrants must be at least 51 percent independently owned and operate no more than four physical offices.
Winning agencies, brands and individuals will feature in The One Show Creative Rankings and The One Club’s Global Creative Rankings, which aggregate results from other programmes including ADC, TDC and One Asia.
The One Club notes that revenue from awards entries is reinvested in education, access initiatives and career development for the industry. By combining that mission with currency based adjustments and new categories for independents, the organisation is positioning The One Show 2026 as a more accessible stage for diverse creative work from around the world.
