A new cohort of young marketing professionals was recognised in New Delhi at a ceremony that spotlighted emerging leadership and fresh thinking in the industry. The Pitch Marketing 30 Under 30 Awards celebrated marketers aged 30 and under who are helping reshape how brands connect, communicate and grow.

The awards night brought together business heads, industry veterans and rising marketing leaders under one roof. The event highlighted work that is pushing the boundaries of brand building, digital innovation and data led decision making, while also recognising the individuals behind those efforts.

Designed as a platform to honour creativity, agility and forward looking strategies, the awards focus on professionals who are already driving impact early in their careers. From building impactful brand narratives to leading performance driven campaigns, the winners represent a cross section of talent from across sectors.

This year, winners were recognised across 11 main categories that reflect the diversity of modern marketing, including consumer packaged goods, consumer durables, automobile, retail, travel, media and entertainment, BFSI, education, real estate, business to business and online or technology.

The awards applaud individuals whose work combines bold ideas, disruptive thinking and measurable outcomes. Winners were evaluated on the quality of their work, their skills and leadership, testimonials from clients and seniors and their contributions to the industry and society at large.

The list of winners spans leading brands and fast growing businesses. Among those recognised were Aarshita Verma, Senior Manager II Brand, Zepto; Aarushi Girdhar, Brand Head for Bisleri Vedica Himalayan Spring Water at Bisleri International; Aditi Bajaj, Head of Retention and Growth, PharmEasy; Amodini Agarwal, Senior Manager Brand Marketing for Lays at PepsiCo; and Amritansh Vajpayee from the executive producer office at The Viral Fever.

Other winners included Ankita Keshari, Lead Corporate Communications and Brand Marketing at Tata Power; Ashima Chopra, Brand Manager at Pernod Ricard India; Avanija Rao Bhadriraju, Senior Manager at LOréal India; and Avik Karmakar, Senior Marketing Manager South Asia at inDrive.
