Reckitt, a company known for health and hygiene products, has appointed Kanika Kalra as the regional marketing director for health and nutrition in South Asia. Kanika will lead marketing strategies for Reckitt’s health and nutrition brands in India and other South Asian markets.

Kanika's Experience

Kanika has over 20 years of experience in consumer and marketing practices across various sectors, including personal care, beauty, food and beverage, fashion, and e-commerce. She has worked with companies like McKinsey & Company, Snapdeal, Unilever, Pepsico, and GSK Consumer.

Previous Roles

Before joining Reckitt, Kanika was a partner at McKinsey & Company. She led the firm's consumer technology and marketing practices and managed McKinsey’s Mumbai office from 2020–2023. Kanika also led diversity and inclusion initiatives for McKinsey India.

Educational Background

Kanika holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, and a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
